sipil.ft.undip.ac.id – The Civil Engineering Department held its first General Lecturel discussing Contracts and Project Implementation with the theme “Development of Livable Housing (Preparation of RAB, HPP, Housing Development Cashflow)” which was held on Friday, 19 May 2023 in A101 hall room of Civil Engineering Department, Universitas Diponegoro, presenting speakers Dhoni Kurniawan, S.T. He is an alumnus of Civil Engineering Department with year of 1999 who is currently successful by having a business engaged in the property sector. This General Lecture was moderated by the Head of the Civil Engineering Department, Prof. Jati Utomo Dwi Hatmoko., S.T., M.M., M.Sc., Ph.D., and was attended by lecturers, especially lecturers in the field of Construction Management, and Civil Engineering students.
In his presentation, he emphasized the importance of cash flow in establishing a company. The cash flow describes the flow of cash in and out of a company over a certain period of time, showing where the cash comes from and how it is issued.
